Do you charge a call out fee?
Yes – this is £70 ex. VAT for the first hour, then £50 ex. VAT per hour thereafter during normal working hours.
Outside of normal working hours different charges apply – please get in touch for more information. We will make you aware of this fee at the time of booking us for a call out.
Do you give free quotes?
Yes – we do provide free quotes and estimates for clients in the event that they are able to tell us what the issue is and therefore what work they require us to carry out. If this is the case, we will often be able to provide a free estimate over the phone, or if this is not possible, we can book in a time to visit your property to provide a free quote.
However, if a client is experiencing an issue but they don’t know what is causing it, they require testing in order to determine the scope of the work, or they would like us to design an electrical system, we do charge for this diagnostic work. This would be charged as a call out fee (see charges above).
